The room I stayed in was exceptional - it was spacious, well-lit, and had a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. I was impressed by how immaculate the hotel was, from the lobby to my room. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options to cater to different tastes. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making for a perfect start to my day.

Location is great, if like me, you're planning to travel around Rhine and Mosel valleys. Train and bus stations are within 2 mins walk. I liked on-line checkin concept, it saves time upon arrival. Good breakfast selection, i stayed 6 days and didn't get bored. During the strike of cleaning staff, the rest of staff were really helpful. I experienced the fire alarm one morning (probably somebody had a smoke or sth), everything went smooth and efficient, firefighters were there within few minutes, so you'll be safe in case of emergency. ;)

Very convenient location close to the station - a little away from the old town and major attractions and restaurants, but those are within a 10-20 minute walk. Comfortable modern hotel, very good breakfast. Koblenz is an excellent base for exploring the Moselle and Rhine valleys.

Comfortable and efficiently run business hotel that is also well located for tourists very close to the train and bus stations. Just over 10 minutes walk from the river, old town, and shops. Good-sized rooms and wide selection of breakfast items. The refreshment area remained open for hot and cold drinks in the evenings. Helpful staff. We appreciated the secure bike storage since we were on a cycle tour.

Quiet room at the side, comfortable, a window you could open. Enjoyable area outside for having a drink or a coffee. Friendly and helpful front desk staff for local information. Convenient location near station, but surprisingly quiet. Property appeared to be in very good condition and well maintained. Some good restaurants within a few minutes walk. Totally enjoyed it as a base to explore the very beautiful Koblenz area for a few days.

Very close to main train station and easy to get to. the room was very good although we did find a few hairs in bathroom and the tv offered no english speaking channels well not proper ones anyway . the staff were great the breakfast was superb and i would definitely stay again

The staff was really friendly, happy and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of choices and the quality was overall really good. The room was very clean, comfy and in very good condition. We really enjoyed it overall.

Good location with convenient parking in the railway station car park. Hotel is modern with nice, clean rooms. Good location for exploring Koblenz - within a few minutes walk of the river and a pleasant walk to the Old Town and Eck.
